"Just got my pet back after 7 days Experience 1. Their door bell does not ring and the boy will take forever to come out after you shout at the top of your voice. 2. Their cameras don't work. And whatever 2 of them that works gives you access to outside of where the pets are kept. You will never know what's going on iniade. 3. When I asked the owner about the camera access 7 days back, he said "Let me check" and he has been checking since then. 4. My pet has not been eating since we brought him back last night nor has he pooped. Don't know what they have been feeding him. 5. When we brought him last night , he drank 4 bowls of water. Not sure if they give water or not. Worst thing you will never know how well is your pet keeping while you hand them over. They are least bothered about the well being of the pet. I am never going back to them."

"Owner had no courtesy of picking up his phone which shows he has no regards for responsibility especially after waiting for 20 mins. If someone doesn’t even pickup the phone for a normal situation, how will they pick up for a emergency."
